All of us have the experience of interacting with others.  Sometimes, it feels like a heavy weight on us, and it seems like we are not speaking the same language! Sometimes we don’t even know what we want, and it gets challenging to express oneself. Communication starts with the self. If we can connect to our feelings and needs then, we can be more connected with the outside world. If we want to change something, first we need to know how it functions, then we can help improve and change it. In this workshop you will learn about the nature of interaction, the barriers which cause disconnections and misunderstandings and how to replace them with more effective approaches.
